Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping within Malaysia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, and orders placed with delivery addresses outside of Malaysia will not be processed.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within Malaysia.

There are no additional delivery charges, and the total price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable.

Processing Time

All Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Time

Once your Order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes up to 7 working days, depending on your location within Malaysia.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

No Express or Overnight Delivery

We currently do not offer express, same-day, or overnight delivery services.

All Orders are shipped using standard delivery timelines only.

Shipping Delays
